  • Front desk staff are only resposible for keys & lost items/Direct all other questions & concerns regarding the program towards Steve in the lobby before/after lessons or by e-mail
  • There will be an instructor in the lobby/change room for first & last 10 minutes of each time-slot
  • Parents/Helpers may assist briefly in the change room, but may not go upstairs to the pool unless they buy a ticket and wear a swim costume with the intention of swimming/sitting in the public area.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the swimmer will have to proceed to the pool alone, as the instructors will be engaged in lessons.
  • "Swimfriends" provides swimming caps (with level stickers!) . It is recommended that each swimmer bring their own eye-goggles.
  • Patient & respectful behaviour is expected in order to keep club & facility privleges
Please keep in mind, "Swimming makes a bad day, better and a good day, great!" and "Activity in the water enhances our overall well being tremendously and we can be active in the water for as long as we live!".
