Dear Swimfriends,

The structure, schedule and notes for our Shibuya location are as follows (please read thoroughly):


Time-Slots* (In Water):
Time-Slot #1 2:40 to 3:10
Time Slot #2 3:15 to 3:45
Time-Slot #3 3:50 to 4:20
*Important Note: (In order to help us keep a smooth operation, please make every effort to be on time for drop-off/pick-up):

Registration Info & Procedure:

• Children 3-6 years old
• Tadpoles, Seahorses & Guppies levels available for all time-slots & Steve will make initial level placements/make adjustments for each swimmer (approximately) based on the guidelines (See "Level Descriptions")
• Simply choose a time-slot which is convenient for you & fill-out online Registration section.

Communications: During the season direct all questions & concerns regarding the program towards Steve by e-mail admin@swimfriends.org, as we need all eyes on the children's safety before/during/after lessons)

Essentials at the Swimming Center:

• When entering the building please keep in mind that parents are expected to keep a close eye on their own wandering/playful children. Food & drinks allowed in lobby only.
• It is preferable that the children have a "restroom stop" before entering lessons, so as to prevent disruption of their lesson (as much as it is possible).
• No diapers or swim daipers allowed. Children must be fully toilet-trained (including being able to communicate to the instructor when they are in need of visiting the "restroom").

Entering the Change Rooms:

• Parents/Children remove shoes. Plastic bags provided.
• Parents (Helper) must assist child to change before/after lesson.
• Lockers optional
• If you are late, and as the instructors will be already engaged in lessons, please assist your child to the poolside to join the lesson.
• "Swimfriends" provides swimming caps poolside. It is recommended that each swimmer bring their own eye-goggles & towels.
• Patient & respectful behaviour is expected in order to keep club & facility privleges

Please keep in mind, "Swimming makes a bad day, better and a good day, great!" and "Activity in the water enhances our overall well being tremendously and we can be active in the water for as long as we live!".
