- It is preferable that the children have a "restroom stop" before entering the change rooms/lessons, so as to prevent the disruption of their lesson.
- Changing is not allowed in the lobby outside the changing room.
- Do not leave strollers blocking the entrance of the changing room.
- Enter at your designated time (above)
- Show "Swimfriends" memership cards at entrance (security measure)
- Pick-up plastic bag for child's shoes
- Parents remove shoes (walk barefoot/in socks...no slippers)
- Parents (Helper) must assist child in the change room before/after lesson.
- Lockers optional
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is a disruption, as the instructors will be already engaged in lessons.
- "Swimfriends" provides swimming caps poolside. It is recommended that each swimmer bring their own eye-goggles.
- Patient & respectful behaviour is expected in order to keep club & facility privileges
Please keep in mind, "Swimming makes a bad day, better and a good day, great!" and "Activity in the water enhances our overall well being tremendously and we can be active in the water for as long as we live!".
